frequently asked questions.

What materials are used and is the clasp secure?

Our pins are crafted from a premium combination of metal and enamel, offering a shiny, durable finish with vibrant colors. Each pin comes with a sturdy metal clasp designed to hold it securely in place, so you don't have to worry about losing it. Note that larger or heavier pins may come with two clasps for extra stability and to prevent the pin from rotating.

 Where can I attach it?

You can attach our pins to jackets, backpacks, pencil cases, or caps to customize your look. They are also nice for decorating a pin board or cork board in your office.

Is this a good gift idea?

Yes, it is the perfect "little something." With its premium finish, artistic touch, and playful sense of humor, it makes a thoughtful, charming, and useful gift for friends, family, or simply as a treat for yourself.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! We do not include any price on the delivery slip inside the package. However, please note that we cannot add a personalized note inside the package at this time. You can simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the product for a refund, in case you change your mind. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case.
