The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site www.allthewaystosay.com. ALL THE WAYS TO SAY, a company brand of the ATWS AMERICA, reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time. In the event of update or change, the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing an order shall apply. The user wishing to purchase a product on www.allthewaystosay.com must complete an information sheet indicating their contact details.

The confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these terms of sale, and waiver of its own conditions of purchase.

The offer of products present on www.allthewaystosay.com is valid while stocks last. Stocks are updated regularly, but in the case of a product’s unavailability following confirmation of your order, we undertake to notify you by email within 3 to 5 working days, and offer either an equivalent product or a refund of the item in question.

ALL THE WAYS TO SAY allows you to make your payment by Paypal and debit or credit card. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account in order to pay for your order. The Paypal secure platform offers both options. The security and confidentiality of your bank data will be supported by the Paypal company as you are automatically redirected to their site upon payment of your order.

The data of your credit card is encrypted using SSL 128 (Secure Socket Layer) provided by Geotrust 1and1 and is never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly from your bank, ATWS AMERICA has in no way any access to this data and does not pass on through its servers.

The date of validation for an order corresponds to the online payment date. The products remain the property of the site www.allthewaystosay.com until full payment of the order. ALL THE WAYS TO SAY reserves the right to refuse to complete an order or arrange a delivery, if the customer has not paid the preceding order.

All orders are tracked. For each tracked order, you will have a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email when sending your order by ALL THE WAYS TO SAY. This tracking number will allow you to track your letter or package in the space provided on www.allthewaystosay.com. We can deliver worldwide. Deliveries are set for the address indicated on the order form. Following validation, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (excluding temporary message mentioned on the home page). Orders account for working hours (8.00 -17.00), public holidays do not count as working days.

During the checkout process, you have several choices of delivery, stating the price for each choice. From delivery, the risks associated with the delivered products will be transferred. ALL THE WAYS TO SAY shall not be held responsible for the delay related to delivery from the shipping company nor the consequences of a delay or failure to deliver on the part of the company handling the delivery.

Delivery Period: Delivery is usually 3 to 5 days for USA, Billerica, MA, subject to stock availability. Holidays, Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days. The delivery can vary from 7 to 30 working days for foreign countries, average time depending on the destination and shipping method, subject to stock availability.

Modes of Delivery: The ordered product is sent as a standard letter, or a registered parcel or letter, according to the weight of the order and speed at which the customer wishes to receive the order, to the address on the order form.

In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of the order, you have a total of 30 days from the day the order was placed, to contact us.

If upon delivery of the package, the original packaging is damaged, you must then check the condition of items. If they have been damaged, you must refuse the package and note an objection on the delivery slip (parcel refused because damaged). The parcel will be returned to us free of charge to you.

RETURNS: The return of an order will be accepted only for products in their original condition and original packaging. You will also need a copy of the email confirming the order in question. We will then proceed to either an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. Items returned incomplete or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation policy: In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of seven days to exercise his/her right of withdrawal (but at All the Ways to Say, we offer a 14-day withdrawal period). However, if the order has already been shipped, the return costs will be borne by the consumer. The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and not used. Should the period expire on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is the first following working day that will be taken into account. Returned products must be new and in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete or damaged will not be returned or exchanged.

ALL THE WAYS TO SAY shall not be held responsible in the event of disruption or strike of postal services and transport.

Products are identified by photographs. ALL THE WAYS TO SAY will not be held responsible for any poor colour reproduction that can vary from one computer to another.

The brand, the logo, the artwork and all elements of the website www.allthewaystosay.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ALL THE WAYS TO SAY. They have been registered at the French National Patent Office (INPI)
and are protected by copyright, the property of which belongs
exclusively to the Company. Under no circumstances are you allowed to reproduce, exploit, repost, or use these items in any capacity whatsoever, and will expose the offender to civil and legal proceedings..
